Description and composition, cost
The term "double-thread" typically refers to cotton fabric with a plain weave. Consistently very dense, with the presence and characteristics of processing determining its smoothness, softness, and degree of shrinkage. It can be made of soft suit fabric or rough canvas. The cost per meter of double thread varies based on processing type and density, and it starts at 50 rubles. Ceiling: roughly 900 rubles per square meter. - Double thread – footer: what kind of fabric, you ask? This is a durable yet soft and smooth knit. Loop footer – smooth on the front side, with terry from many loops on the back side. The term "satinization" comes from the general term for the mixtures used to process dvuhnitka: satins. Three ingredients are typically found in satins: an antiseptic, an adhesive material, and a softener. Untreated classic two-thread is just very dense, coarse cotton (we have already described what kind of fabric this is). Trained canvases are more robust and resistant to wear, have a high tolerance to extreme heat and mechanical stresses, don’t deform or shrink too much, and are breathable and hydrophobic.
The fabric’s density and the finishing characteristics in each particular instance directly determine the fabric’s application area. Double-thread plain weave, untreated cotton is used for book bindings, decorative packaging, painting canvases, handicraft consumables, and furniture manufacturing. Utilization of completed fabric types:
- Classic double-thread fabric. Same, plus production of protective equipment (eg. welder"s gloves, suits for hazardous work), elements of builders" clothing; various awnings, bags, covers, tents, etc. d.
- Footer fabric two-thread with lycra, diving and micro-diving. Children"s and adult tracksuits, turtlenecks, pullovers, sweatshirts, etc. d.
- Satin, satin and jacquard – production of clothing (dresses, skirts, suits), bed linen, interior textiles, shoes.

Fabric care
